Sales, collections and stock, running on your Tally.
Moksh ERP is a Windows program that works beside Tally Prime. It reads your customers, bills, stock and sales from Tally, and puts sales orders and stock journals back into it. Your team works on one screen, and your books stay in Tally exactly as they are.
For traders, distributors and manufacturers who keep their books in Tally Prime.

The work that happens outside Tally
Sales lives on phones
Leads and follow-ups sit in phones, WhatsApp chats and diaries. Nobody sees the whole picture.
Stock questions need a call
“How much can I sell?” means someone opening Tally and checking open orders by hand.
Dues are chased from memory
Who to call today, who always pays late and which cheque came back is kept in people’s heads.
Moksh ERP brings that work onto one screen, built on the data you already keep in Tally.
How it works with Tally
Moksh ERP runs on the computer that has Tally, or on your server. It syncs by itself and reads only what changed, one request at a time, so Tally keeps running smoothly.
Nothing is typed twice.
Customers, bills, stock and sales come from Tally. Sales orders and stock journals go back into it.

Insights from your own Tally data
Worked out from real Tally entries, so every grade and every number can be explained.
Payment grade with reasons
Every bill settled from Tally, with TDS, discounts, claims and returned cheques kept apart. Each grade shows why.
Future business
Who is due to reorder from their own buying cycle, who has gone quiet, and items a customer stopped buying.
Cost of late payment
What each customer’s delays cost you in interest, at the rate you set.
Today list
For each salesperson: money to collect, cheques to deposit, reorders due, follow-ups and birthdays.
Receipt plan
Money expected week by week from each customer’s paying habit, promises and cheques in hand.
Introducers
Who brought which customers, with the business and the bad-debt risk each introducer brings.
Credit check on orders
Each order is checked against the customer’s limit and dues before it goes out, with approval if needed.
Stock and price checks
Free stock on every quotation line, and a warning when a rate goes below the price list.
Sales and money in one place
A general CRM doesn’t have your Tally money data. A Tally collections app doesn’t have your pipeline, quotations, orders and stock.
Moksh ERP has both, so a salesperson sees that the customer due to reorder also has an overdue bill and a cheque that came back.
The owner decides who sees what
- Modules per user. Godown staff can open only Inventory.
- Purchases hidden. Salesmen don’t see whom you bought from or at what rate.
- Costs and prices. Hide costs and margins, and let only some users change prices.
- Pages per user. Close any page, such as Collections or Insights, for a user.
- Held back for real. Hidden data is held back by the program, not just hidden on the screen.
Safe for Tally and your data
- Tally keeps running. One question to Tally at a time, with a pause after each.
- Only changes are read. After the first sync, only new or altered vouchers are read.
- The Tally link is locked. Tally’s address and company are fixed with their own password.
- Backed up every day. A daily backup, with the last 30 kept.
- Works when Tally is closed. The last synced data still shows.
